  1. Government of the United Republic of Tanzania
    As the sole shareholder, the Government provides TADB with capital, policy direction, and strategic oversight. This partnership ensures that TADB’s interventions align with Vision 2025, ASDP II, and other national priorities for agricultural transformation, food security, and economic growth.
  2. Bank of Tanzania (BoT)
    BoT works closely with TADB on regulatory compliance, sector policy, and technical capacity building. Through collaborations such as the BoT Academy training in agri-finance, TADB strengthens PFIs’ ability to lend to the agricultural sector.
  3. Ministry of Agriculture
    Partners with TADB in value chain development programs, policy alignment, and facilitating smallholder access to modern farming technologies. Jointly implements sector-wide initiatives to improve productivity and market access.
  4. Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries
    Collaborates with TADB on livestock and fisheries value chain financing, including aquaculture and dairy modernization programs. Provides technical guidance to ensure financing aligns with sectoral needs.
  5. International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)
    Provides concessional financing and technical support for rural transformation. Supports TADB in scaling innovative agricultural financing models for smallholder farmers.
  6. Public Service Social Security Fund (PSSSF)
    Acts as a long-term institutional investor in TADB’s capital base. Facilitates funding for strategic agricultural infrastructure and value chain projects.
  7. Partner Financial Institutions (PFIs)
    NMB Bank, CRDB Bank, Azania Bank, TCB, Uchumi Commercial Bank, SELF Microfinance Work with TADB under wholesale lending, co-financing, and SCGS arrangements. These partnerships extend agricultural credit to smallholders and agri-SMEs nationwide.
  8. Development Finance Institutions (DFIs)
    African Development Bank (AfDB), Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank (TDB). Provide concessional credit lines and technical support, enabling TADB to finance large-scale, high-impact value chain projects.
  9. Private Sector Agribusinesses
    Bagamoyo Sugar Limited, Hill Oils & Fats Ltd., Kilombero Sugar Company engage with TADB as financing beneficiaries and co-implementers of value chain transformation projects in sugar, poultry, dairy, and other sectors.
  10. Cooperatives & AMCOS (Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Societies)
    Key on-the-ground partners in distributing financing, inputs, and market linkages to smallholders. TADB works with them to embed farmers in structured, bankable value chains.
  11. Non-Governmental Organizations & Foundations
    Gates Foundation, Heifer International Collaborate with TADB on thematic programs such as the Tanzania Inclusive Processor-Producer Partnerships (TI3P), focusing on dairy, youth, and women empowerment.
  12. Regional & International Trade Partners 
    Africa Trade Insurance (ATI), PASS Trust Support TADB with risk mitigation tools like guarantees, insurance, and capacity building for agribusiness lending.
